The Files tab stores all files related to the candidate. When uploading a file, you can set its visibility:
Internal: Visible to members who are responsible for supporting you in your career.
Only Me: Visible only to you. Even Admins and other internal members won’t have access.
Your ability to view, download, or delete files depends on your permission:
You can upload files
You can view/download/delete files you uploaded.
