Career Navigator Overview

Career Navigator is a powerful tool that supports both employees and talent teams in driving career growth. Employees can define their goals and explore learning paths, while recruiters, counselors, and admins use the platform to organize career data and guide development — helping build a more agile and engaged workforce

1. Position Management

Admins and members must have the Workspace Settings permission enabled to access and manage positions

Manage all positions available in your tenant, including the required skills for each role. This ensures accurate career path suggestions and skill gap analysis.

2. Courses

Admins and members must have the Course Management permission enabled to access and manage courses.

Curate or link a list of learning courses aligned with the skills required for each position. These courses support employee upskilling and progression toward their career goals.

3. Careers (in Career Hub)

The current user must activate the employee profile before proceeding

Displayed on the employee interface, this section helps users:

• Set Career Goals
  Browse and select from available positions configured in Position Management to define their next career step.

• Receive Personalized Learning Recommendations
  Based on identified skill gaps, the system suggests relevant courses from the Course Management list to support skill development — available in the Career Development section after goal setup is complete.
