Import Courses

Prepare your course data

Download the sample file from your TalentsForce account. Find the "Sample File" button in blue.

Navigate to the Settings page

1. Click on Import

2. Tick on Course object

3. Click on the Sample file it will open an Excel file. Please download this.

   

4. Prepare the course information, ensuring it matches the sample format.

5. Save your course data as a CSV file.

Please note that only CSV files are supported. The upload limit is 10,000 records per file, with a maximum size of 50MB.

Import Course

Navigate to the Settings page

1. Click on Import

2. Tick on Course object

3. Click to Upload the Course data file (.csv) --> Click Next

4. Mapping data --> Click Next

Please note that, you must map all required fields

5. Click on History to check the Status of importing. When the status changes to Completed, you can double-check your jobs on Courses list.
