Career Hub Settings

Navigate to Settings page —> Select Career Hub on the left-menu

1. Enable Career Hub

   Toggle the Career Hub switch to turn it ON. This makes the hub accessible for internal applications or referrals.

2. Go to the Settings Tab

   Click on the Settings tab to access configuration options for your Career Hub.

3. Customize Your Career Hub

   Choose the purpose that fits your team:

   • Referrals only: Allow anonymous referrals and job sharing on social media.

   • Referrals & Internal Applications: Enable both referrals and internal job applications.

   • Internal Applications only: Allow employees to apply for internal postings only.

4. Job Protection by Department

   Select specific departments whose job postings should remain confidential. Only employees from these departments can view the jobs in the Career Hub.

5. Registration Settings

   Control who can register to access the Career Hub:

   • Allow all users to register

   • Restrict access to users with specific email domains (e.g., @company.com)

6. Login Methods

   Choose how users can log in:

   • Email

   • Google

   • Microsoft

     You can enable one or more options depending on your company’s preferences.

7. Career Hub Description

   Add a short company description to appear on the Career Hub login screen as a context and welcome message.

Click Save changes after configuring all settings to ensure your Career Hub is updated correctly.
