Job Status
Here is an overview of all of the statuses a job can have:
Job Status | Description |
Publish | The job is open and may be visible to everyone, depending on portal settings. |
Internal | The job is open and may be visible to Career Hub members (if Career Hub is enabled). |
Archived | The job is closed. People with the direct link can still view it, but applications are no longer accepted. Recruiters cannot edit or manage the job. |
Draft | The job is not published and is only saved. It is not visible on any portal. |
Job Visibility Overview
The visibility of a job depends on both its status and which portals are enabled — Career Page and Career Hub.
Key Concepts
Career Page: A public-facing portal where anyone can find and apply to published jobs (if enabled).
Career Hub: An internal portal for employees, referrals, and internal users.
Jobs with Publish or Internal status may appear here if the job is set to show on Career Hub and the portal is enabled.
