To maintain the confidentiality of both job information and candidate profiles, especially internal candidate information, TalentsForce provides Terms and Conditions features that allow Admins to configure settings according to the company’s regulations.
Terms & Conditions ensure that all users are aware of and agree to the company's privacy policies. When users apply for a job posted on the internal job board at TalentsForce or activate their profile at TalentsForce.
Go to Settings > Terms & Conditions
Enable the Terms and conditions button.
Update the Terms and conditions.
Click the Update button to complete.
