A Talent Pool is a group of people who might be a good fit for a job, they have the right skills, are interested, or have qualities that match the job’s requirements.
Each Talent Pool has a creator who acts as the owner. The owner can add other members to help manage the Talent Pool.
There are two types of Talent Pools based on visibility:
Public: All users with Admin or Member access can view and access all Public Talent Pools.
Private: Only members who have been added to the pool can view and access Private Talent Pools.
On the Talent Pools page, you can view, search, and create Talent Pools to organize candidates more efficiently.
