Access to Career Hub
Navigate to Careers → My Careers
Click Set up to create a new goal or Edit to update an existing one
In the Next Career Goal section, choose your desired position from the predefined list.
In the Skills You Have, you can select your current skills from those defined in your organization’s Skill Management system.
Note: This list is also automatically updated when you add or update skills on your Profile.
Click Save to complete
