It’s a quick and engaging way to explore your future - and make the most of your Career Navigator journey.

How does it work?

Access

Available only when the Career Navigator feature is enabled for your tenant.

• You can find the AI Career Advisor inside your Career Hub, when the Career Navigator feature is turned on for your company.

  1. Go to Career Hub → AI Career Advisor.

  2. You’ll see a chat window with your Advisor.

If it’s your first time, you’ll see 4 pre-defined question cards to start your conversation.

Pre-defined Question Cards

You can choose from these 4 guided questions:

1. What skills do I need to develop?

2. Which jobs fit me best right now?

3. Which courses close my gaps?

4. What career paths are possible for me?

Each question triggers a smart, AI-generated answer based on your data in TalentsForce — including your Profile, Goals, Skills, Jobs, and Courses.

- The AI works best when your Career Goal and Skills are already set up in Career Navigator.
- If your profile is missing information, the AI may not be able to give you a complete response.
- Only the 4 pre-defined questions are supported in this version. Any other questions will return an “unsupported topic” message.
